Washington

Riley with Daddy, Grandma and Great Grandma Sadie
Gramps, Kaylee and Riley - they were really checking each other out and were holding hands. Of course, Riley was checking Kaylee's hand out to see when and how he could get it into his mouth.
Riley's first time in an exersaucer - he loved it!

I was surprised how quickly he learned how to use all of the toys on the exersaucer.

We had an awesome trip to Washington. Riley did great on the flights out there and the flights back. We had a great time with everyone and miss them already. Riley got to meet his great Grandma Sadie, his uncles, aunts and cousin Kaylee, most of his extended Weeks and Pokswinski families and several friends. It was so nice showing him off. He was such a good boy too! The last day or so his teeth were really bothering him and they've been bothering him more since he's been home. Maybe he was just nice and distracted in Washington. No teeth have popped through, but several areas are swollen. Maybe a bunch are going to come through close together. In addition to being with family, we really enjoyed spending time outside. Riley doesn't really get to do that too much in Auburn since it's been so hot and the UV index has been high. He seemed to really like being outside. Hopefully it will cool off soon if we will be here much longer. We also got to take Riley to the Woodland Park Zoo in Seattle where his daddy tried so hard to show him all of the animals. See Scott's blog for more about that. The time we were there just flew by, but we had lots of great memories. We were so glad to get Riley together with his cousin for the first time. Kaylee was very interested in him. I don't think it will be long before he's running behind her.

Great pictures :). Thanks for putting them on your blog.

We are missing all of you already. It's mighty quiet around here.

Love you all- Grandma
